A multi-disciplinary nonprofit arts complex in a former milk processing plant, housing three live performance theaters (Carsen, Grace Gamm, Gordon Gamm), the 60-seat Boedecker Cinema, four free art galleries, and the Polk Cafe. Resident companies include Boulder Ballet and Boulder Ensemble Theatre Company. Boulder International Film Festival uses the Dairy’s larger rooms during festival week each March for premieres and post-screening conversations beyond what the Boedecker alone can hold. Hartman Box Office is open noon to 6 p.m. daily; the Boedecker has its own box office that opens 30 minutes before screenings. Parking is in the lot off Walnut.
